2. How can I book my tour online?
Our booking function is user-friendly for booking directly at our website. You can find the “enquiry” session at homepage to provide your information of departure, duration, number of guest, finally press "Send Enquiry" to submit your tour reservation. Our tour specialists shall answer and provide quotation within 24hrs. "Search" function also helps you to search for suitable tour style for your desirable destination.
3. Can I customize my tour itinerary?

4. What do you include/ NOT include in tour price?
Depending on each customer’s need, we can include all or exclude several services in tour price. At each tour type and tour program, you can easily find what is included or excluded at the bottom of itinerary. Or should you need more details, you can click “Enquiry” button right below.
5. Do you offer good price?
Yes, we do. We are proud to be recognized as the rate winner in many markets. We deeply understand our guests and always save each penny for our dear customer, simultaneously ensure that the service you receive is as exact as you’re desire. We are responsible to tell our clients what they will definitely get for an enjoyable trip, thus any news, updates and promotions from our local hotel suppliers are to be advised to you as soon as they come into effect.
6. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Cash, telegraphic transfer, major Credit Card ( Visa, Master ). Client’s payment shall be settled by telegraphic transfer, by cash, credit cards or traveler cheques. Except for cash payment, bank fee is applied. In case the credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be settled by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate THREELAND TRAVEL bank account. Any bank fee charge must be paid by the Client/Agent.
7. Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes, you do. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package price is required to confirm your reservations. Final payment of the tour price must be made 15 days before tour departure, otherwise THREELAND TRAVEL may at their sole discretion cancel the bookings without any refund of sums already paid to THREELAND TRAVEL by the Client/Agent.
8. Can I amend my booking after the reservation made?
A service charge of USD 25 will be implemented for ANY changes to the booking once the reservation is confirmed. Once documentations are issued, any changes thereafter will be $50 per change and for re-issuance of any vouchers. Additional charges for the re-issuance of air tickets will be applied.
When dates are changed on these packages, prices may vary depending on the day of travel and airline class of service booked, which is determined by airline seat availability. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Note: THE AMENDMENT SERVICE CHARGES STATED ABOVE ARE IN ADDITION TO THE APPLICABLE CANCELLATION CHARGES.
9. Can I cancel my booking?
We understand that you probably get some accidental things and must postpone or even cancel the trip. We provide the very flexible policy of cancellation.
For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, while a Client/Agent loses its deposit as mentioned above, charges for cancellation of bookings are not levied by THREELAND TRAVEL but if hotels, carriers and other contractors apply charges for cancellation, the Client/Agent shall be liable to pay those charges to THREELAND TRAVEL or to the concerned parties directly as the case may be.
For NO-SHOWS, there will be no refunds. All cancellation must be in writing and received by THREELAND TRAVEL.
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
10. Are there any notification relating to the passport and visa?
It is the responsibility of individual travelers to see that proper documentation is obtained in advance of the trip. Each passenger must be in possession of a valid passport which must be valid for more than 6 months AFTER the return date of travel. Passport number, date and place of issue, and birth date is now required by airlines and trains, and may be required to confirm services. Names on your airline tickets must match the first and last name listed on your passport.
Visa requirements must be met to certain countries. Visa requirements vary according to your nationality. To avoid time consuming, Threeland Travel recommends you obtain your required visas on arrival. Please check our visa-on-arrival services. You may also make your own visa arrangements directly with the embassy / consulate of Vietnam in your country.
Check with THREELAND TRAVEL for up-to-date requirements and information. THREELAND TRAVEL will assist with, but will not be held responsible for obtaining the necessary documentation.
11. Can you make the pick-up arrangement from my hotel?
Sure we can. Basically, we will pick you up from your hotel located in central area. In case your hotel is far from center, please contact us for arrangement.
12. Will you contact me in case there is a problem?
Yes, we definitely will do. In case there is a problem with your payment or booking details, we will contact you on the telephone number or email address stated in your booking.
13. Are my personal information secured?
Absolutely! Your personal information is submitted on a secure server and is used only in order to create your voucher or contact you if there are any problems with your booking
