III. Procedure
We receive the
order by fax or email form applicant with information as follow:
1. Full
names (include gender), please quote as exactly as your passort.
2. Date of birth
3. Nationality
4. Occupation
5. Passport No.
(valid at least 06 months)
6. Date of
arrival
7. Port of
arrival (please choose either Noi Bai (Ha noi), Danang or Tan Son Nhat
(Saigon-Ho Chi Minh City) or both.
8. Length of
stays (one month for tourist visa).
9. Place where you like to get visa (Name the capital or city where the
most convenient Vietnam Embassy or Consulate located in your country)
How to do step by
step:
1. Example of a

2. Upon reception
of visa order, we will submit the details to the Immigration Office
(the I/O) and wait for the visa approval (normally 04-05 working days)
3. If approved, I/O will notify us by document that visa approved
and also notifies the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate at the same time
by fax. In case of visa on arrival, I/O will not fax visa approval
to Embassy or Consulate. Upon arrival in Vietnam, an Immigration
officer will check your approval number and issue the Visa stamp at
the entry gate. Please remember to remind us
the arrival date of your flight to Vietnam
4. We will send you a copy of the visa approval by email or other
ways
(hand-over, fax, post, telephone…). In case of visa on arrival, it
will be important for boarding airplane.
5. You contact
with the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate to get visa (normally one
working day).
IMPORTANT:
Please take a note that visa on arrival in Vietnam means
visa stamped on
arrival. Guests must get visa approval by Vietnam Immigration office
in advance. Being misunderstood, many tourists must spend at least
1-2 days at entry gates to arrange the visa.

Lao Cai train
Lao Cai train mainly serves the
tourists who wish to visit Sapa, where you
will be greeted by dozens of warm-hearted hill tribal people before
exploring one of the most splendid landscapes of the Northwest.
