DAY 1: ARRIVE
IN SAIGON (D)
Arrive in Saigon, greeting by our tour guide and transfer to
the hotel. After noontime, let’s start the city tour at the
central Square, surrounded by the Notre Dame Cathedral, old
Post Office, and historical Reunification Palace; go on to
Ngoc Hoang Pagoda and experience daily life of Saigon people
at Ben Thanh Market in the centre of district I, the most
bustling one amongst the districts of Saigon. Dinner with
delicious Saigon cuisine and overnight in Saigon.
DAY 2: SAIGON – LONG THANH GOLF CLUB
After breakfast head to Long Thanh Golf Club (50kms from
Saigon). Enjoy playing Round 1 (18 Holes). After lunchtime,
let’s go on to the “China town” of Saigon, including an
extensive living quarter of Chinese-originated inhabitants,
the bustling Binh Tay market and numerous Chinese temples.
Drop at Thien Hau pagoda, one of the most famous temples in
this district before ending our trip at a lacquer-ware
workshop. Dinner and overnight in Saigon.
DAY 3: SAIGON - MEKONG DELTA - SAIGON (B/L)
As we should reach the floating market in Cai Be as early as
possible today, try your best to start in Saigon at 07.00am
and travel southwest for nearly 3 hours, passing the Mekong
Delta, which makes Vietnam the 2nd World Rice Exporter, and
reach Vinh Long province which is famous for tropical fruits
in the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival at Cai Be, board our boat
along the market to enjoy trading activities of the peasants
of the of the Mekong Delta who travel to the market in the
boats full of fruits and farming product. Visit family
factories and orchards and taste some juicy tropical fruits.
Lunch in a charming old-styled house or in a garden house on
an island between visits. Back to Saigon later afternoon.
Overnight in Saigon.
DAY 4: SAIGON - PHAN THIET – OCEAN DUNE GOLF RESORT
Transfer to Phan Thiet, the best beach resorts in Vietnam.
Passing through dense rubber plantations, cactus plants and
strange-looking dragon fruit trees. Hotel check in and take
the Round 2 ( 18 holes ) at Ocean Dune Golf resort. Enjoy
your time at Mui Ne beach with swimming sunbathing, sea
foods. Dinner and overnight in Phan Thiet – Mui Ne.
DAY 5: PHAN THIET – SEALINK GOLF CLUB
Another Round 3 ( 18 holes ) at SeaLink Golf Club. Try the
challenge with playing on the top of mountain, under strong
wind. In the afternoon free at the beach or visit the
semi-dessert of sands. Overnight in Phan Thiet, Mui Ne.
DAY 6: PHAN THIET – DALAT
Leave Phan Thiet after breakfast for a drive through scenic
rubber and tea plantation farms en route to the cooler
climes of Dalat, a reminiscent of an Alpine town with its
French chalets and pine forests. An afternoon of sightseeing
in Dalat takes in the art deco former Summer Palace of
Emperor Bao Dai, Xuan Huong Lake and Lam Ty Ni Pagoda.
Dinner and overnight in Dalat.
DAY 7: DALAT GOLF CLUB - HANOI
Enjoy the Round 4 ( 18 holes ) at Dalat Golf Club then take
the flight to Hanoi. Transfer to the centre of Hanoi and
check-in hotel. Have a light tour to Hoan Kiem Lake – Ngoc
Son Temple, hang around the Old Quarter of Hanoi on cyclo (a
kind of three-wheel rickshaw) and visit the Temple of
Literature, the 1st social university of Vietnam. The dinner
is followed by a Show of Water Puppetry, a stage art created
by the Vietnamese peasants. The show last more than an hour
and is a wonderful opportunity to learn about some of
Vietnam’s mythology, traditions and current customs.
Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 8: HANOI - CHI LINH GOLF CLUB - HALONG
Take a wonderful trip through Red River delta to Halong -
the World Natural Heritage by UNESCO, with stop at Chilinh
Golf Club - 70kms from Hanoi for Round 5 ( 18 holes ). Lunch
and relax before heading to Halong for overnight.
DAY 9: HALONG - HANOI
Enjoy the cruising on Halong bay - with nearly 3,000 rocky
limestone islands and many caves, grottoes, blue high sky
that create an breathtaking landscapes. Stops for swimming,
climbing up grottoes or kayaking. Lunch on the boat with
fresh seafood between visits. Late afternoon back to Hanoi
for dinner and overnight.
DAY 10: HANOI - KINGS’ ISLAND GOLF CLUB - HANOI
After breakfast head to King’s Island - 50kms from Hanoi for
the Round 6 (18 Holes). Return to Hanoi then take another
half day city tours to Hochiminh Mausoleum and museum, Ho
Chi Minh’s House-on-stilts and the one-pillar Pagoda. And if
time permits, to visit the Museum of Ethnology. Enjoy a
rickshaw tour in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Dinner and
Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 11: HANOI CITY TOUR
Enjoy the last Round (7) at Phoenix Golf Resort. In the
afternoon, free at leisure and shopping around in the old
quarter Hanoi with lacquer ware and pictures, oil paintings,
silk paintings as well as silk, linen, cotton, raw thread
made by minority ethnic people etc. Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 12: HANOI DEPT
Relax and free until the bus transfer to airport for your
home fight. End of services
