ITINERARY IN BRIEF

DAY 1: ARRIVE in HANOI (-/-/D)
Arrive in Vietnam. Short city tour in Hanoi with a special Water Puppet Show. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI - HALONG BAY – TRAIN TO LAO CAI (B/L/D)
Full-day discovering Halong Bay with splendid seascape of odd-shaped rocks. Back to Hanoi for train to Lao Cai. Overnight on the Train.

DAY 3: COCLY - BAC HA – BAN LIEN (B/L/D)
1-hour bus transfer to start cycling along the river to Coc Ly market of H’mong people. Cross the river before cycling another 3-hour near orchards and terraced ricefields to Ban Lien. Homestay with local people.

DAY 4: BAN LIEN – NA TRI – XIN MAN (B/L/D)
Full-day cycling, enjoy interesting change of geography from earth to sharp rocky mountains. Overnight at hotel in Xin Man.

DAY 5: XIN MAN – HOANG SU PHI (B/L/D)
A great journey near the boundary area with China, with stopover to visit best terraced rice fields. The trip includes bus and biking, mountain tracks and unpaved roads. Overnight at hotel in Hoang Su Phi.

DAY 6: HOANG SU PHI – TUNG SAN – THUONG SON – VI XUYEN (B/L/D)
A hard cycling day with rugged roads and paths. Ascending cliff of over 20%. Afternoon Arrive and enjoy hot spring. Enjoy the beautiful full of green time farms and the hot spring. Overnight at hotel in Vi xuyen.

DAY 7: VI XUYEN - HA GIANG – QUAN BA – YEN MINH (B/L/D)
1st step into the Dong Van Geopark as recognized in 2010 by UNESCO. Discovering the uncomparable beauty in least touristy area in Northern mountains. Overnight at hotel in Yen Minh.

DAY 8: YEN MINH – DONG VAN – MEO VAC (B/L/D)
Enjoying the best part of the Geopark including pinewoods along the way, curved roads and paths, the house of former King of H’mong people, scenery of White H’Mong people and reaching the highest landmark of Northern Vietnam. Overnight at hotel in Meo Vac.

DAY 9: MEO VAC – MAU DUE – DU GIA – BAC ME (B/L/D)
Top active day with 90km cycling in zigzag rugged roads with great scenery. Vehicle supports in case of overload. Overnight at hotel in Bac Me.

DAY 10: BAC ME – HANOI ((B/L/-)
Relaxing morning, back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 11: HANOI DEPARTURE (B)
Airport transfer for your flight back home.
End of services.
