Nha Trang Sea
festival to be held in June 2011
 Organized
from 11st to 15th June, the Sea festival will take place at
three famous tourism sites along the Tran Phu coastal street
(Nha Trang city), Bai Dai beach (Cam Lam district) and Doc
Let beach (Ninh Hoa Town) with more than 50 activities such
as:
The Miss Khanh Hoa where all the Vietnamese centre’s
beauties gather in.
- Road Festival with many local activities like: dancing,
dragon performing…
- Cau Ngu (fishing worshipping) ceremony to pray for best
fish catch, peace and the abundance of peace in their future
lives.
- Film Week- with a lot of films about Vietnam, France…
- Traditional art performances with many kinds of folk songs
…
- Wedding ceremomies in common - many couples will held
their weddings together under water… and so on.
- Trade fair of Vietnamese High - quality Products in which
you can see Vietnamese goods…
The title for Nha Trang Sea Festival this year is: Nha
Trang - Khanh Hoa - a civilized and friendly destination”. The
most important parts will be activities to support the
International Environmental Day (5th June), the
International Ocean Day (8th June)…
The Festival, which is organized every two years as a
regular cultural event, has contributed to popularizing the
traditional cultural values and potentials of economy,
culture and tourism of the province to attract more foreign
and domestic investors.
