What
they said about us
After a tour
finished, we
will get the Testimonies and Feedbacks of our clients. However,
to make it most reliable, we believe that we should make it
different from the way our colleagues of other tour operators
are doing. Usually, the Testimony on the tour quality quoted in
the website just only "Mr. John Smidth, California" or so on,
and we or all of you think that it's easy to write
plenty of those. We would like to supply our incoming clients full
information from our real old guests, who had qualified our
services, with their names, jobs, email addresses, date of arrival
and so forth. New clients can contact us to get their e-mails to
ask for experience of their trips, or simply ask for their
comments of our help in Vietnam.
Threeland teams would like to express our warm thanks for
the clients who
approved us using their emails and email addresses as a reference
for incoming travelers of Threeland. For the personal reason,
we shouldn't show publicly email address of old clients here but please contact
us at
contact@threeland.com
to get theirs to share with his/her travel experience
in Vietnam.

The Long way up in Nov 2005. He
actually booked our Nov 3004 tour but due to health problem, he
must delay one year ( see what
he wrote to us in Nov 2004 )
....The
contents of my response was basically that we had the most
fantastic experience thanks to your company and your staff . I
had never booked a holiday on the internet before and was
nervous about what we may have landed ourselves with . Your
helpfulness with my queries via email prior to the journey went
a long way to making us feel safe in your hands , but there was
still a bit of doubt .
As soon as we landed in Hanoi and
were met by our “larger than life” guide Hunj we both knew that
we were going to be OK...
Dear Mr Nghiem Thuy Ha,
Clare and myself have just
returned from the SET02 - THE LONG WAY UP TOUR ON 14TH-NOV,
2005. We both had a wonderful time which was in the main part
due to the itinerary and guides that Threeland provided. We
expected all the hotels to be of a similar standard to the one
in Saigon and were surprised, and very pleased, to find that the
remainder were all of a much higher standard and were all well
located.
The standard of food was
excellent with meals provided in a varying selection of
restaurants. If we had any comment to make there was too much
food and we would have been equally satisfied with a lighter
lunch. The choice of the boat to eat on followed by a cruise on
the first night was just right as it gave the opportunity to
meet the other members of the group.
We were particularly
impressed by the amount of inclusive items on the trip. I think
everybody enjoyed the boat trip around Halong Bay and were
fascinated by the rock formations. The good weather also made
its contribution as it did for our day out on the Meking Delta.
As regards the guides they
have a good knowledge of their areas and could not have been
more helpful. Particular mention should go to our second guide,
Tom, who had an excellent appreciation of the english language
and was able to quickly focus in on the groups requests etc.
Although our last guides english comprehension needs some work
on it, he was keen and eager to please and if given the right
encouragement has the potential to become an excellent guide.
Clare much appreciated the
phone call on the first night from one of your executives
welcoming her to Saigon after we had to unfortunately cancel the
holiday last year.
We have already begun to
think about possibilities for next year and would greatly
appreciate an idea of cost and recommended itineray for about a
week in Cambodia for either 2 or 4 persons.
Once again thankyou for a memorable
holiday.

in Dec 2004
I am so sorry not to have written to you but when I got back to
England it was straight to work and very busy. We were very
pleased with your service (apart from the little hick-up at Nha
Trang) and the overall standard of guides and minibuses etc. I
have put my answers after your questions. We would definitely
recommend you and use you again if we were in that part of the
world.
Many thanks for your help and assistance
Kind regards

Paul Reid, a prestidigitator,
together with his wife Juliette Barnshaw and an American
couple, took our 18 days Vietnam - Cambodia tour on Feb 2004,
covers the most wanted destinations in Indochina countries:
Hanoi, Halong, Hue, Hoian, Saigon, Mekong Delta, Phnompenh,
Angkor and Tonlesap, in which there are 5 World heritages
recognized by UNESSCO.
This is just
a quick thank you to say how much we enjoyed our recent trip to
Vietnam and Cambodia which was organised by yourselves.
Everything went very smoothly and we were extremely happy with
the hotels, and all the guides and drivers were very friendly
and efficient.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to any
of my travelling friends.
Once again
many thanks for making our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia so
memorable.
Hopefully we will return again in the not too distant future.
With very kind regards
Juliette Barnshaw and Paul Reid
Paul is planning a
conjuring to convert our Halong ( the World Heritage site) into
air, as exactly as the way David Copperfield did with Statue of
Liberty in New York. Please do not, Mr. Paul. Halong is one of
the best in Vietnam, and our tourism business is mainly based on
it.
