What they said about us

After a tour finished, we will get the Testimonies and Feedbacks of our clients. However,  to make it most reliable, we believe that we should make it different from the way our colleagues of other tour operators are doing. Usually, the Testimony on the tour quality quoted in the website just only "Mr. John Smidth, California" or so on, and we or all of you think that it's easy to write plenty of those. We would like to supply our incoming clients full information from our real old guests, who had qualified our services, with their names, jobs, email addresses, date of arrival and so forth. New clients can contact us to get their e-mails to ask for experience of their trips, or simply ask for their comments of our help in Vietnam.

Oded Flum, stake our 15 days THE LONG WAY UP Tin Apr 2006

Dear Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy,

As I promised you in my visit to your office on 25 Apr. 2006, please find herewith some remarks on our trip to Vietnam that has been organized by you.

In general we can say that we had a very exciting experience while visiting Vietnam in most aspects of the trip.

On the southern part of the trip we found that the Mekong boat trip did not include a visit in floating market as promised and we felt a bit of disappointment.

Other then that the short (too short…) visit in Saigon and around was excellent.

The visit to central Vietnam was also perfect as we have mentioned in the satisfaction form that we handed over to the guide.

Most of the time of this trip we spent in northern Vietnam accompanied by Mr. Ha our guide.

These have been expressed in the level of the meals that where not composed with menu as rich (and tasty…) as in the south and the center (perhaps the budget is too modest?).

We have discussed with you the problem of the accommodation in Hanoi that was far below (even the in the Army hotel) then the rest of the hotels and resorts across Vietnam where we spent wonderful time during the trip. It is advisable to level the standards for all the hotels to be the same along the group travel especially when it comes to the last evening that summarized the memories of an entire trip in lovely country.

It is also advisable that the guide will carry a first aid kit to assist with small injuring as the one we happened to need in Hanoi

I hope that our notes well by constructive for you at least as much as we have enjoyed our journey despite the above that could (and I hope will) easily correct

Please express our regards to the fine guides Mr. Hai in Saigon (0919 081276), Mr. Huan from Danang (098 5005153) and of course Mr. Ha from your company, they did not save efforts to make our stay in Vietnam satisfactory by all means.

Zeev Rubanenko, operations manager of Intel Israel, took our Northern Explorer set departure tour with two other individual travelers. This 16 days tour cover most border provinces with Laos and China with visits to the villages of a half of minorities people group in Vietnam. Unfortunately, two other individual travelers accidentally cancelled the trip. Even though we had tried the best to make the tour comfortable ( no change of quotation, no surcharge, no change of services supplied), but leave Zeev alone with a local driver and a local tour guide, should be worse than travelling with other tourists. Sorry about it, we remain.

As other people working in IT industry, Zeev wrote our questionnaires very little. But according to what our sales staffs, our guide and driver communicated with him during that trip, we really found his big love for us

Enjoyed the trip very much and I shall recommend you to anyone planning to visit Vietnam

Zeev, Ms. Ha, our manager said that she could imagine an image of big boss when you are in formal uniform. All of us wish you to be the big boss in Israel.
