After a tour finished, we will get the Testimonies and Feedbacks of our clients. However,  to make it most reliable, we believe that we should make it different from the way our colleagues of other tour operators are doing. Usually, the Testimony on the tour quality quoted in the website just only "Mr. John Smidth, California" or so on, and we or all of you think that it's easy to write plenty of those. We would like to supply our incoming clients full information from our real old guests, who had qualified our services, with their names, jobs, email addresses, date of arrival and so forth. New clients can contact us to get their e-mails to ask for experience of their trips, or simply ask for their comments of our help in Vietnam.

Hello Miss Le Tu Anh!

I have returned safe and sound from my fabulous experience in Vietnam. I just wanted to let you know that everything ran smoothly. All the guides were excellent and attentive. They took very good care of me. I have recommended your agency to my friend Sandra Parker. Please be on the lookout for her email.

Just one complaint. The accommodations and restaurant at Ha Long bay were inferior. I would not recommend you use them in the future.

I will be reliving this adventure for some time. Thank you for all your good service and attention to detail.

Dear Mr Nguyen Van Huan

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip to Vietnam and how much we enjoyed having Dinh as our guide.  I do however, have some points I would like to make.

The first meal we had did not accommodate my vegetarian request, which left me without dinner that day. However, every meal after that was looked after by Dinh.

We enjoyed the first day touring Hanoi and our stay in Sapa was really nice though and again, most of the accommodations and meals were done very well. Our trip back to Lao Cai was very pleasant, because we were in a less crowded van and the driver was very good.

Our trip to Halong Bay was great, a long drive, but well worth the trip and again, the boat and accommodations were very good.

Tam Coc the following day was the worst thing I have had in years.  I would not recommend this tour to Tam Coc to anyone, EVER!  I was disappointed with this tour, after a long ride to get there, we were not able to enjoy ourselves at all, because we were being constantly annoyed by the two people running the small boat to buy things.  In my opinion all tours should be stopped going to Tam Coc to show these people that if they do not treat people properly this is the result.

All in all it was a good trip. 

These points are only to inform you of what we experienced, not to criticize Dinh in any way.  Thank you Dinh, we had a good time.  I will send you some photos later this week.
