After a tour
finished, we
will get the Testimonies and Feedbacks of our clients. However,
to make it most reliable, we believe that we should make it
different from the way our colleagues of other tour operators
are doing. Usually, the Testimony on the tour quality quoted in
the website just only "Mr. John Smidth, California" or so on,
and we or all of you think that it's easy to write
plenty of those. We would like to supply our incoming clients full
information from our real old guests, who had qualified our
services, with their names, jobs, email addresses, date of arrival
and so forth. New clients can contact us to get their e-mails to
ask for experience of their trips, or simply ask for their
comments of our help in Vietnam.

Those comments made about the hotel etc were only as a
helpful guide to you! I want to help you get even better and
have more business. We really enjoyed our holiday, those little
things did not spoil our trip and it was still excellent. We
thought it would be more helpful for you if we let you know a
few things that can be improved for future trips arranged by
you all, it was not a complaint by us. They were not problems
with Threelands! You have always been excellent! They were
little issues as well, they did not matter and nothing in life
can be 100% Perfect!!! I still really enjoyed my holiday and am
so happy I arranged this trip with Threelands and Le Tu Anh, who
was so sweet and helpful. I am still very impressed with your
service. I enjoyed dealing with you all! I will be using you
again when I am lucky enough to travel back to Asia! You are
very worthy of all the comments!

As for overall our trip in
Vietnam and Cambodia, we are happy with the services from
Threeland and enjoy very much this trip.
Last but not least we would like to say thank you and especially
to you who has provide us with useful information, suggestion
and continuous follow up before and after our trip.
It's nice to have this questionnaire and we believe Threeland
will serve better in the future and there is no doubt for us to

Zeev Rubanenko, operations manager
of Intel Israel, took our Northern Explorer set departure tour
with two other individual travelers. This 16 days tour cover
most border provinces with Laos and China with visits to the
villages of a half of minorities people group in Vietnam.
Unfortunately, two other individual travelers accidentally
cancelled the trip. Even though we had tried the best to make
the tour comfortable ( no change of quotation, no surcharge, no
change of services supplied), but leave Zeev alone with a local
driver and a local tour guide, should be worse than travelling
with other tourists. Sorry about it, we remain.
As other people
working in IT industry, Zeev wrote our questionnaires very
little. But according to what our sales staffs, our guide and
driver communicated with him during that trip, we really found
his big love for us
Enjoyed the
trip very much and I shall recommend you to anyone planning to
visit Vietnam
Zeev, Ms. Ha, our
manager said that she could imagine an image of big boss when
you are in formal uniform. All of us wish you to be the big boss
in Israel.

Having returned from holiday I feel it is appropriate to thank
you for your services rendered.
I missed on the last mail as we were on our way already. All
went well, we were met at the REX lobby and I cashed for the
domestic flights and hotel bookings. Especially the Vinh Hung
Resort in Hoi An deserves a value for money recommendation.
Great for the family, no need to drive down to the beach front.
We all enjoyed our stay in Vietnam and hopefully can return once
more. I'll recommend your Company if any of the other
expatriates plan to spend their holidays in Vietnam.

Malaysia, together with his 4 angel children, took our " Light
Vietnam " tour from Mar 8 2004 to Mar 14 2004, with major
destinations Hanoi, Halong, Saigon, Mekong Delta and Cuchi -
Tayninh.
From March 8, 2004 to March 12, 2004 I attended tours through
Threeland in the Hanoi region, guided by Nguyen Dang Khoa. The
tour group consisted of me and my four young children. My
experience was outstanding and Khoa was phenomenal.
Khoa demonstrated the utmost professionalism. His intelligence
is remarkable, both in planning and in conversation. As a
highly education person myself I was very impressed with his
broad and deep though process and his problem solving. I have
no doubts what so ever to recommend him for any profession at
any capacity. He impressed me as very capable. Khoa also
touched us with is warmth, tenderness, and patience. He was
more than a professional guide, feeling like a friend as well.
His mastery of the English language was impressive, as was his
ability to store and recall the interesting facts regarding the
sites we toured.
I hope that I can be used as a reference to Khoa’s character and
abilities.

Hoong May Ann, manager of a trading
company in Malaysia, with her family of 4 people, firstly
preferred a trip around Saigon. After review our Southern
Vietnam tours carefully, a new idea flashed and she moved toward
Northern Vietnam ( around Hanoi ). Hoong took our 5 days tour in
Oct 2003 covered Hanoi, Halong bay, Tamcoc (Halong inland).
I have
returned from the trip and it was very good. Thank you for
the understanding and reliability that your company has provided
me and my family throughout the trip. Special regard to our tour
guide Tu and driver Quang. Both being very accommodating,
friendly and reassuring.
If they are a reflection of Vietnam, I would indeed consider
Vietnam a beautiful country. I will definitely recommend you to

It was quite good. I thought the Tien the guide as well as the
driver did a very good job on the day.
The Tam Coc boat ride was very enjoyable except for the boat
people continually asking for drinks and tips and other sales.
I would have liked to have had the option to stop at the lacquer
village on the way back to Hanoi but perhaps we were short of
time.
