Day 01.   Arrival – Pakse – Saravanh (-/-/-)

Upon arrival, meet by our local guide and drive ahead to Saravanh province. Upon arrival, we make a short detour to visit Se Xet waterfall and Lao Teung Villages and strolling around the ethnic minority villages. Overnight at Tadlo

 

Day 02.   Saravanh –Champassak (B/-/-)

After breakfast, we start the day by visiting Tadlo and then drive overland en route to Pakse with a short stop along the way visiting a rich of tea/coffee plantations Boloven Plateau. This is allowed

time for visitors to venture off the beaten path and explore some of the lesser-known areas of Laos pointing for full exploration of the wild beauty of this southern region. Including Alak villages and ethnic group of minority prior traveling to Pakse by road to catch a boat to see the ruins of Wat Phu, one of Southeast Asia's most dramatically situated temples. Explore these Khmer ruins, perched atop a nearby hill, which is one of Lao World Heritage site recognized by UNESCO in 2001, this wonderful archeological site of Khmer civilization dated back to the 6th century. Overnight in Champassak

 

Day 03.   Champassak – Khong Island (B/-/-)

Breakfast, we drive to Khong Island (4000 islands). This region of waterfalls, islands, and lush vegetation near the Lao-Cambodian border is teeming with wildlife and is one of the loveliest destinations in Laos. Tour the surrounding countryside, and board on a long trail boat touring to Don Khone, taking you to visit the remains of French period, Li Phi Waterfall or "the Corridor of the Devil". Continue traveling by boat upstream to Nakasang, a fishery village and visit Khone Phapheng on the journey, the biggest waterfall in the South East Asia, it is the impressive sight. Overnight in Khong Islands

 

Day 04.   Khong Island – Phou Asa – Pakse (B/-/-)

 

Breakfast, we drive to Phou Asa for 2hrs elephant riding in the forest of Phou Asa mountains. Located 67KM, south of Pakse, the Don Khoneg Houa Sao forest reserve and Phou Asa are in dense jungle, abundant with wild animal life. Elephant ride through this forest reserve is optional. After lunch, you will visit the ruins of the Khmer Oupmong temple, as well as numerous other villages along the way till Pakse. Overnight in Pakse.

 

Day 05.   Pakse – Vang Tao – Chongmek (Lao – Thai Border) (B/-/-)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Vang Tao Chongmek (the Lao Thai border check point) for departure
